RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Return and Exchange Policy:

EMASH wants it's customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.

Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product  within 3 days of the original purchase date. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received. Shipping costs for returns will be the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method. Company will issue a price voucher for the particular amount which can be used later.

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your purchase for a different size, color, or style, please contact us within 3 days of the original purchase date. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received. Shipping costs for exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method. Company will dispatch the new article as soon as it receives the article initially purchased. 

Defective or Damaged Items: In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will replace the item free of charge, and we will cover the cost of shipping. Customers must make a video proof when opening a parcel and in case it's defected or damaged, it can be replaced.
Please note, once the packaged is opened without a video proof, company shall hold no responsibility and won't be liable for any damages or claims.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at our instagram page or WhatsApp us at 03191299889. Please provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return or exchange.

All items purchased on sale are final sale. We do not offer refunds or returns for items bought on sale.
