No returns or exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or any reason other than a defective item.

Exception: defective items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will replace it at no additional cost. To be eligible:

1 Report the defect within 3 days of receiving your order.

2 Contact us with your order number and clear photos of the defect.

3 Claims submitted after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.
